DeshiTech is looking for an organized and tech-savvy Project Manager to bridge the gap between clients and our web development team. You will oversee project timelines, organize client specifications into actionable developer tasks, and ensure top-quality Laravel & web deliverables.

BDT 15,000 – 22,000 / Month
Work Schedule:
6 Days a Week (Weekly Attendance)

6 Months – 1 Year (Internship or Freelance experience accepted)
Key Responsibilities
- Gather & Document Requirements: Collect project details from clients and break them down into actionable developer tasks and deliverables.
- Timeline & Delivery Management: Plan project milestones, estimate timelines with developers, and track progress to meet deadlines.
- Client & Lead Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for client queries, provide project status updates, and follow up with prospective leads.
- Quality Assurance (QA): Conduct thorough technical checks and QA before client handoff to resolve issues early.
- Co-Development & Customization: Actively assist in developing, customizing, and configuring web/Laravel projects according to client needs.
- Technical Issue Resolution: Address and fix client project issues, troubleshooting technical bugs alongside the development team.
- Project Documentation: Facilitate team meetings and maintain clean project documentation.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hands-on Framework Experience: Basic to intermediate experience with Laravel Framework, PHP OOP, and MVC Architecture.
- Core Web Stack: Familiarity with MySQL, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript/jQuery.
- Version Control: Knowledge of Git / GitHub is a strong advantage.
- Development Capability: Ability to read code, customize existing projects, and co-develop features when required.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year (Internship, freelance, or entry-level management/dev experience accepted).
- SDLC Understanding: Clear understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and project estimation.
- Adaptability: Fast learner capable of adapting quickly to technical instructions and leading client meetings.
